Wan 3.0 Prime video generation the higher-tier family variant

Wan 3.0 Prime is the second selectable product in the Wan 3.0 family: the same controls and length range as the standard variant, quoted at a higher credit rate.

Controls and specifications

Prime takes the same inputs as Wan 3.0, a description or one starting image, and offers the same 2 to 30 second range, the same three quality tiers and the same shape options.

We do not claim Prime produces better results than the standard variant. What differs in our workspace is the price you are quoted: Prime costs more credits per second at every quality tier, so the practical approach is to render the same prompt on both and keep the output you prefer.

What this model is good at

Same controls, separate quote

Length, quality, shape and sound behave exactly as on the standard variant; the credit rate is what differs.

Full length range

From 2 to 30 seconds in whole seconds, with three quality tiers up to 1080P.

Shape control in both modes

Keep the shape you planned whether you start from a description or from an uploaded still.

Typical projects

Side-by-side comparisons

Render one prompt through both family variants and judge the results on your own material rather than on marketing copy.

Final-length deliverables

Use the full 30-second range for the version of a shot you intend to publish, after testing shorter drafts.

Framed image animations

Animate a still while holding the shape you chose, in the same way as the standard variant.

Limits to know before you start

  • Priced above the standard Wan 3.0 variant at every quality tier, so it is not the cheapest way to test a new prompt.
  • One starting image per task; reference and document input modes for this family are not selectable yet.
  • No automatic length setting and no exposed seed control.

How to start

1

Open the workspace

Use a button on this page. It opens the right workspace with this model already selected, in the language you are reading now.

2

Describe the result

Write what should happen in the shot or image. Concrete subjects, framing and action give the model more to work with than short labels.

3

Set the controls and confirm

Choose length or quality tier, shape and sound where offered, then read the credit quote for those exact settings before you generate.

What it costs

Generation uses credits from your account balance. Video models are charged per generated second at the quality tier you choose, and image models per image. The exact amount is quoted in the workspace before you confirm, and the pricing page lists the current packages.

Questions about this model

Should I start with Wan 3.0 Prime or the standard variant?

Start with whichever you prefer to test first. The controls are the same on this platform and the credit rate is not, so many workflows draft on the standard variant and repeat the chosen prompt on Prime.

Is Prime better than Wan 3.0?

We do not claim that. Our workspace does not provide evidence that one variant outperforms the other, and we do not publish comparisons we cannot verify.

How long can a Prime clip be?

From 2 to 30 seconds in whole seconds, the same range as the standard variant.

Which quality tiers are available?

480P, 720P and 1080P. Prime costs more credits per second at each of them.

Does Prime support sound?

Yes, as an option. Switch sound on or off before you generate.
